Care and Wellbeing
Daily Wellbeing Check-In
A gentle hello each day, so the people who care know how things are going.
One tap from the person you support tells the family how the day has started, and a quiet alert follows if there is no answer.

The problem
Most days are fine. That is exactly why the days that are not can go unnoticed. A missed morning, a difficult night or a quiet worry can pass without anyone knowing until much later, and ringing several times a day feels intrusive for everyone.
How it works
Daily Wellbeing Check-In, step by step.
- 1
At the time they choose, Aethelbridge Care asks how they are today.
- 2
They answer with a single tap: Excellent, Good, Okay, Not Well or Need Assistance.
- 3
A few optional questions follow, such as whether they slept well, have eaten or have taken their medication.
- 4
The answer appears on the family dashboard straight away, with the time it was given.
- 5
If there is no answer within the time you have agreed, the trusted circle is alerted so someone can check.
Key capabilities
Five simple answers
Large buttons from Excellent to Need Assistance. No typing, no forms.
Their time, not yours
The check-in arrives when the person you support chooses, not at a time set for them.
Quiet escalation
No answer means a gentle alert to the trusted circle after the time agreed, never an alarm on their screen.
A picture over time
Each answer builds a simple history, so changes in how someone is feeling become easier to notice.

One tap, once a day. No forms, no fuss, and nothing shared that you have not agreed to.
Family
You know how the morning went without having to ring and ask. If there is no answer, you hear about it.
Professional
You can see recent check-ins for the person you are visiting, where they have allowed it, so you arrive with context.
