Care products are bought by worried people, which makes overstatement especially costly.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use care data for advertising.
- We do not display security or clinical certification logos we have not obtained.
- We do not claim to prevent falls, guarantee medication adherence or detect every scam.
- We do not replace emergency services, and we say so on every page where it matters.
- We do not show a family member anything the supported user has not agreed to share.
- We do not use Legacy Vault content for AI features without separate, explicit consent.
