We would rather under-claim than mislead.
Care products are bought by worried people. That makes overstatement particularly costly, so we hold ourselves to a few rules.
Things we will not claim
We do not claim to prevent falls, guarantee medication adherence, detect every scam, replace emergency services or improve a clinical outcome. None of those are within the product's power.
Certifications and logos
We do not display security, regulatory or clinical certification logos unless they have been obtained and verified. If you do not see a badge on this site, assume we do not hold it yet.
Availability
Aethelbridge Care is launching in the United Kingdom first. We will not imply availability in a market where the product has not launched, and the waitlist records your country so we tell you at the right time.
Pricing
Plan names and included features are settled; prices are not published until they have been approved by the business. We will not put a number on the pricing page that we might have to change.
