How Aethelbridge Care collects, uses, shares and protects personal information, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are
Aethelbridge Technologies Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and, at launch, through the Aethelbridge Care applications. We are launching in the United Kingdom first.
What we collect through this website
This website is a marketing site. The only personal information it collects is what you type into a form.
- Waitlist: name, email address, country, optional phone and WhatsApp numbers, the type of user you are and your area of interest.
- Demo requests: name, email address, optional organisation, role and phone number, and what you would like the demo to cover.
- Contact and support: name, email address, enquiry category and your message.
- Newsletter: email address and, optionally, the type of user you are.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated information about which pages and actions are used. Nothing here identifies you personally.
What we do not collect here
We do not collect health or medical information through this website, and we ask you not to include it in any form. We do not collect payment details on this website at all — when checkout opens, payment will be handled entirely by an approved, PCI-compliant payment provider.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to tell you when Aethelbridge Care becomes available where you live, and — only where you have explicitly agreed — to send you care tips and product updates. Marketing consent is never pre-ticked and can be withdrawn at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to enquiries, under contract and only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Final retention periods will be published here before launch.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
- Stop using it for marketing, at any time.
- Provide it in a portable format.
In the product
Once Aethelbridge Care launches, information inside the product — check-ins, medication routines, documents and messages — is governed by the consent model described on our Security & Privacy pages. In short: the supported user decides what is shared and with whom, granularly and revocably.
