Care and Wellbeing

Trusted Circle

The approved group of family, friends, neighbours and carers.

A group of friends and neighbours greeting each other.

The problem

Care involves more people than one app usually admits

A daughter two hours away, a son abroad, a neighbour with a spare key, a professional carer three mornings a week. Each needs something different, and none of them should get everything by default.

How it works

Trusted Circle, step by step.

  1. 1

    Invite someone

The supported user sends an invitation. Nobody joins a trusted circle without being invited into it.

  2. 2

    Choose what they can see

Check-ins, medication routine, appointments, alerts, documents — each is a separate permission, granted per person.

  3. 3

    Set emergency contacts

Some people should be alerted in an emergency even if they do not have day-to-day visibility. That is a separate setting.

  4. 4

    Change or revoke, any time

Permissions are not permanent. Access can be reduced or removed without a conversation, and without anyone else's approval.

Who benefits

What changes, and for whom.

For the supported user

  • Nobody sees anything you have not agreed to
  • Different people, different levels of access
  • Revoke access yourself, whenever you want

For family and carers

  • Know what you are responsible for
  • Coordinate without a group chat
  • Cover for each other during holidays or illness
